Welcome to Mutt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Aetherworld LLC ("Mutt," "we," "us," or "our") when you use trymutt.com (the "Site") or buy any of our products.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Please read the Disputes & Arbitration section carefully — it affects how any disagreement between us gets resolved, and it includes a class action waiver.

1. Who we are

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under U.S. law. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If we ever expand, we'll update the Shipping Policy.

3. The product

Mutt makes dental wipes for dogs. Our products are:

  • For dogs only, used as directed
  • Not veterinary medicine, drugs, or treatment
  • Not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease
  • A complement to — not a replacement for — regular veterinary care

If your dog has a known health issue, talk to a vet before introducing any new product, including ours. See our Disclaimers page for the full version of this.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a confirmation email and ship the product. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include taxes or shipping unless we say so. Sales tax is added where required.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment info, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. If something goes wrong in transit — damaged, lost, or never arrived — email support@trymutt.com and we'll make it right.

6. Refunds and the 30-Day Results Guarantee

Every tin comes with a 30-day results guarantee. The full terms — how to claim, what we cover, how refunds get processed — are in our Refunds & Returns Policy. That policy is part of these Terms.

The short version: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work it out. You don't need to ship the tin back.

7. Subscriptions (when available)

We don't currently offer subscriptions. If and when we do, the following will apply:

  • You can cancel at any time from your account, in two clicks, with no phone calls
  • We'll email you before each shipment so there are no surprise charges
  • Cancellation stops future shipments — tins already delivered stay covered by the 30-day guarantee from their own delivery date
  • All other terms in our Refunds & Returns Policy apply to subscription tins as well

8. Your account

You don't need an account to order, but if you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else is using your account.

9. What you can't do on the Site

Don't:

  • Use the Site for anything illegal
  • Try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission
  • Resell our products without our written permission
  • Impersonate someone else, or submit fake reviews
  • Upload content that's threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights

We can suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.

10. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — the Mutt name, logo, product photos, copy, illustrations, designs, and the look and feel — belongs to Aetherworld LLC or our licensors. You can't copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You can share our content on social media in normal, personal ways (linking, reposting, tagging). That's fine and we love it.

11. User content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or any other content to the Site or our social channels, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share that content in connection with Mutt — including in marketing.

You confirm that the content is yours, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and is honest (no fake reviews).

12. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't promise the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We don't promise that our products will produce specific results for every dog — every dog is different. What we do promise is the 30-Day Results Guarantee in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aetherworld LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim

Some U.S. states don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

15. Disputes & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email us at support@trymutt.com with a description of the issue. We'll try to resolve it within 60 days. Most things get sorted out here.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally, you and Aetherworld LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration — not in court.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or remotely if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision is final.

Class action waiver. You and Aetherworld LLC agree that disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over a class.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@trymutt.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For matters not covered by arbitration, the exclusive courts are the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll let you know by email or a notice on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after the changes means you accept them.

18. The rest

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimers, are the full agreement between us.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that's not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You can't transfer these Terms to anyone else. We can.
