Try Mutt for 30 days. If your dog's breath isn't fresher and his teeth aren't visibly cleaner — email us at support@trymutt.com and we'll make it right. No tin to ship back. No forms. No "where's the receipt?"

We want you to order without thinking twice.

The 30-Day Results Guarantee

Every tin of Mutt comes with a 30-day results guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.

If within those 30 days you don't see a difference — or you're not happy with the product for any other reason — get in touch. We'll work it out together. That usually means a refund, a replacement, or store credit, whichever makes the most sense for your situation.

You don't need to send the tin back. It's a consumable product, and a half-used tin doesn't do anyone any good in the mail. Keep it, toss it, donate it to a friend with a dog — your call.

How to start a claim

Email support@trymutt.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A short note on what's not working

That's it. We aim to reply within one business day, and most cases are resolved within a week.

Refund processing

Once we approve a refund, the money goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank — most cards are quick, some take the full ten.

Subscriptions (when available)

When subscriptions launch on Mutt, the same 30-day guarantee will apply to every tin, counted from the delivery date of that specific tin. So if your fourth tin arrives and something's off, you've got 30 days from that delivery to get in touch — same process as above.

You'll be able to cancel a subscription at any time in two clicks from your account, with no phone calls and no "are you sure?" pop-ups. Cancellation stops future shipments. Tins already delivered stay covered by the 30-day guarantee from their own delivery date.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your tin shows up damaged, you got the wrong order, or your package never arrived — email us at support@trymutt.com with your order number and (if relevant) a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.

Outside the 30-day window

We'll always read the email. If something genuinely went wrong on our end, we'll fix it regardless of timing. For straightforward "I changed my mind, six months later" requests, we usually can't refund — but get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost every case can be resolved faster directly with us than through a chargeback, and it saves everyone a lot of paperwork.
